Delivery area

Aguamarinaconstrucciones ships to delivery addresses in Spain where delivery is available at checkout.

If your address is outside mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, or if checkout does not confirm delivery availability for your address, please contact us before placing an order. Additional delivery limitations, timing, costs, or local requirements may apply depending on the destination.

Shipping costs
Orders of €130 or more: free standard shipping.
Orders below €130: a flat €15standard shipping fee applies.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts. Product prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability, payment verification, address verification, and order volume.

Estimated transit time

After shipment, estimated transit time is usually 3-7 business days for most eligible delivery addresses in Spain. Large or bulky furniture may require additional coordination and may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, delivery address, product size, customer availability for delivery appointments, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed with the customer, delivery will be made within the legal timeframe required for consumer online sales. If delivery cannot be completed within the applicable period, we will contact the customer with available options.

Large or bulky items

Some furniture items may require a delivery appointment. The carrier or delivery service may contact the customer using the phone number or email address provided at checkout.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout, standard delivery does not include assembly, wall mounting, removal of old furniture, removal of packaging, or special handling such as hoisting through windows or carrying items through areas that are not safely accessible.

Customers should check product dimensions before ordering and make sure that the item can pass through doors, hallways, stairs, lifts, and other access points at the delivery address.

Order tracking

If tracking information is available for the shipment, it will be sent to the customer by email after the order has been shipped.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address. If an order cannot be delivered because the information provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipment or return costs, unless the issue was caused by Aguamarinaconstrucciones or the carrier.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct a delivery address. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Damage, defect, missing parts, or wrong item upon delivery

Customers should inspect the order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@aguamarinaconstrucciones.com with your order number and clear photos. Reporting visible delivery issues within 48 hours helps us resolve the matter quickly with the delivery service.

The 48-hour reporting request does not limit any statutory rights that may apply to defective or non-conforming goods.

Cancellations before shipment

A customer may request cancellation before the order has been shipped by contacting info@aguamarinaconstrucciones.com as soon as possible. Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed because orders may be processed quickly.

If cancellation is possible, we will refund the payment using the original payment method where possible.

After shipment

After an order has been handed to the carrier or delivery service, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may still use their legal right of withdrawal or the commercial return policy where applicable, as described in the Returns & Refund Policy.
