This policy explains the legal withdrawal right for consumer online purchases and the additional commercial return window offered by Aguamarinaconstrucciones. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Spanish or European Union law.
1. Legal right of withdrawal - 14 calendar days
If you are a consumer and you purchase online from Aguamarinaconstrucciones, you normally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period normally expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the withdrawal period expires. You may contact us by email at info@aguamarinaconstrucciones.com You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Returning goods after withdrawal
After informing us of withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Unless Aguamarinaconstrucciones agrees otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the legal withdrawal right, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
For large or bulky furniture, return costs may be higher than standard parcel costs. Please contact us before returning bulky items so we can provide return instructions and, where appropriate, discuss collection options.
4. Condition of goods under the legal withdrawal right
Customers may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Please keep the original packaging where possible, especially for furniture and fragile items, because secure packaging helps prevent damage during return transport.
5. Refunds under the legal withdrawal right
If you validly withdraw within the legal 14-day withdrawal period, Aguamarinaconstrucciones will refund the payments received from you for the returned order, including the standard initial delivery cost paid at purchase.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, only the amount corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option will be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
Aguamarinaconstrucciones will make the refund without undue delay and within the legally required period. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
6. Additional 30-day commercial return policy
In addition to the legal 14-day withdrawal right, Aguamarinaconstruccionesoffers a commercial return window of 30 days from the date you receive the item.
For returns requested after the legal 14-day withdrawal period but within 30 days of delivery, the item must be:
unused;
in original condition;
complete, including accessories, parts, manuals, and hardware;
returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.
Aguamarinaconstrucciones does not charge a restocking fee.
For non-quality commercial returns requested after the legal withdrawal period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Non-returnable items
Standard catalogue products may be returned if the applicable return conditions are met.
If Aguamarinaconstrucciones offers goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, those goods may be excluded from the legal right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Any such exclusion will be clearly stated before purchase.
8. Quality issues, defects, damage, missing parts, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@aguamarinaconstrucciones.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
For valid quality-related claims, Aguamarinaconstrucciones will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Where a return is required for a valid quality-related claim, Aguamarinaconstrucciones will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide appropriate return instructions.
9. How to request a return
To request a return, email info@aguamarinaconstrucciones.com with:
your order number;
the item you want to return;
the reason for return;
photos, if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or bulky.
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, especially large furniture, as this may delay processing or increase return costs.
10. Refund processing time
After receiving the returned item and, where applicable, inspecting it, approved refunds for commercial returns are normally processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the credit.
For legal withdrawal refunds, the legal refund timing described above applies.
